Introduction
FH custom tags and new GEDCOM 5.5.1 tags are converted to GEDCOM 5.5 standard tags by the Rules described below. Otherwise, they are simply deleted, including the GEDCOM header optional FILE name tag. Synthesised Custom Events, Note Records and Source Records have an optional prefix Ω character (ZZ in ANSI/ISO mode or for FH V5) to differentiate them from original records. See the Extra Options tab Insert Synthetic Prefix setting.
The Character Set Encoding defaults to UTF-8 with all Unicode characters supported.
The [[private]] Text Option defaults to Include private text but remove the [[ ]].
The Rich Text Formatting defaults to Remove rich text codes leaving just plain text.

Header Record (HEAD)
★ Approved System Id (SOUR)
The Approved System Id SOURce tag is set to FAMILY-HISTORIAN to differentiate from a genuine Family Historian GEDCOM.
★ GEDCOM Version (VERS)
The GEDCOM VERSion tag value is set to 5.5 as necessary.
★ Named List Entry (_LIST, _FLAG, _NOTE, _IDS)

The details of each Named List are placed in a synthesised Note Record that starts with Ω Named List: and each associated Record has a link to the Note Record (except for Note, Submitter & Submission records that disallow such links).
★ File Root (_ROOT)

The File Root details are placed in a synthesised Note Record that starts with Ω File Root: and the associated Individual Record is linked to that record.
The Individual Record itself is moved to immediately after the HEADer record because many products treat that first record as the Home/Root record.
Individual & Family Records (INDI, FAM)
★ Given Name (_USED)

Any Given Name Used is converted to a Record local Note with a ~Given Name: label.
★ Phonetic Name, Romanised Name (FONE, ROMN)
Any Phonetic Name or Romanised Name is converted to a Record local Note with a Phonetic: or Romanised: label.
★ Record Flags (_FLGS)

Each Record Flag is converted to a synthesised custom Event using the EVEN tag.
★ Associated Person (ASSO)
Any subsidiary TYPE tag is removed because it is invalid.
★ Custom Attribute (_ATTR, FACT)

Each custom Attribute is converted to a custom Event using the EVEN tag, with any associated value in its local Note with an Attribute Value: label.
★ Witness Role (_SHAR, _SHAN, ROLE)

Each witness role is converted to a Fact local Note with a Witness Role: label.
A synthetic Fact is created for each Individual Witness with the owner of the original Fact having the Witness Role: of Principal.
The synthetic Fact label is the original Fact label with the Witness Role appended, e.g. Birth Informant, Marriage Bridesmaid.
★ Fact To/From Place (_PLAC)

Any Emigration To place or Immigration From place is converted to a Fact local Note with a To/From Place: label.
★ Fact E-mail, Website, Fax (_EMAIL, EMAIL, _WEB, WWW, FAX)

Any Fact E-mail or Website or Fax is converted to a Fact local Note with an E-mail/Website Address: or Fax Number: label.
★ Sort Date (_SDATE)
These tag lines are removed entirely.
★ Pedigree (_PEDI)
The custom Pedigree of child details are moved to the Individual record local Note with a Relationship: label.
★ Marriage Status (_STAT)

The marriage Status of a Family Record is converted to a Record local Note with a Marriage Status: label.
★ Same Sex Partners (HUSB, WIFE)
See Other Options tab Same Sex Husband 1 HUSB: & Same Sex Wife 1 WIFE:
The FH symmetric format of a Male pair of HUSB tags or a Female pair of WIFE tags is replaced with the asymmetric format of one HUSB tag and one WIFE tag regardless of sex, because this is more widely supported.
★ Citation Assessment (_QUAY)
Any FH custom Assessment is converted to a standard Assessment value.
Source Records & Templates (SOUR, _SRCT)
★ Source Type (_TYPE)

The Type of a Source Record is converted to a Record local Note with a Source Type: label.
★ Source Template (_SRCT)
See Extra Options tab Templated Source 1 _SRCT:
Each Source Template record is converted to a linked Note Record with each tag line against a Source Template: label.
Any Source record Repository metafield is copied to a generic Repository link
The Footnote, Short Footnote & Bibliography are saved as Source record labelled Note entries but Citation-specific metafields in the Format are ignored. Each Source & Citation metafield becomes a labelled local Note entry.
This option increases the Record Id for new Source and Source Template records but can be reversed after closing the plugin by using the Edit > Undo Plugin Updates command as advised in the Closing Memo.
★ 2nd Repository (REPO)
Any 2nd Repository link is converted to a Record local Note with a Repository: label.
Repository & Submitter Records (REPO, SUBM)
★ Record E-mail, Website, Fax (_EMAIL, EMAIL, _WEB, WWW, FAX)

Any Record E-mail or Website or Fax is converted to a Record local Note with an E-mail/Website Address: or Fax Number: label, but in a Submitter Record they are added to the Phone field.
Media Records (OBJE)
Media records are converted to Part Frames via Local Media Objects by default and are handled as follows.
★ Picture Note & Media Keywords/Date (_NOTE, _NOTA, _KEYS, _DATE)

These are converted into local Notes of the associated Multimedia Record or Local Media Object with appropriate labels.
★ Linked File (_FILE)
If a PART~LMO, FULL~LMO or ALL~LMO Basic Option is chosen all Media Record links are converted to local Local Media Objects.
If a PART~ABS, FULL~ABS, ALL~ABS, FILE~REL or FILE~ABS Basic Option is chosen each Media _FILE tag is converted to a GEDCOM 5.5.1 FILE tag.
In most cases, the Linked File uses a full absolute file path, but FILE~REL retains the relative to Media folder path.
★ Media Format (FORM)

The FORMat tag is moved to be on the same level as the FILE tag in all cases.
★ Media Title (TITL)
The TITLe tag is moved to be on the same level as the FILE tag in all cases.
Place Records (_PLAC)
★ Place Record (_PLAC, STAN, STAT, MAP, LATI, LONG)

Each Place record is converted to a synthesised Source record of type Place Details and all values are retained, including linked Media. Wherever possible, the Source record is cited by any associated Place field or its parent field.
Research Notes (_RNOT)

Date Field, etc (DATE, _SENT, etc)

Usually Date field words are in UPPER case, but they may be converted to Title case, e.g. AFTER JAN 1900 becomes After Jan 1900.
(Std-) Brief Data Export Details
