Plugins of all kinds in the Family Historian Plugin Store, including language packs, are distributed under the terms of the MIT License. To be included in the Family Historian Plugin Store, all plugins must be licensed under the MIT License and the header must contain a “@Licence” clause substantially similar to the one shown above. A ‘contributor’ is anyone listed as either ‘author’ or ‘contributor’ in the Plugin header. Anyone who contributes any kind of modification to the plugin may add their name to the list of authors or contributors in the modified file. Their copyright extends to whatever portion or portions of the plugin they personally contributed.
