Note Records with Options

Report on one or more Note records with Custom Id or Note Text or user-chosen Heading Level 1 text and Privacy bracket text options. The screenshot below illustrates:

  • An example Note record containing a Custom Id and [[Private]] text and that has a Source Citation;
  • The 'Note Records with Options' report derived from that Note record;
  • The Report Options Main tab settings that govern the report;
The 'Select Heading Level 1 content' template may specify any combination of plain text and data references (enclosed in % signs) chosen from the droplist or entered by hand. If the plain text needs a % symbol then enter double %%. If no Heading is needed then delete the template entirely. This template does NOT support FH functions. This report plugin behaves well when added into a Book, except that the Settings dialogue Item tab may need the Heading set to match the report, and the Main tab may need a chapter number prefix on the template.

Research Notes Report with Options

V1.0

Report on a selection of Research Notes. It uses a Title field to generate the record Header. If no Title label is specified, it defaults to "Title".
Options are provided to: Specify the field to be used as a title, include the record ID in the header, and remove the header text from the body of the note to avoid duplication.
