The plugin menu is shown below. All Records and Fields that match at least one of the selected features are tabulated in the Query Window.
Selected options are saved between sessions, making it easier to repeat the same search.
Font Selection
The first time the plugin is run, the selected font is the font specified as the Property Box default. Click on the <Select> button to select the font to locate.
Note that only the font is specified, and any additional embellishments or selected size are ignored.
Selecting the <Any> option locates all examples of any defined font that differ from the Property Box default.
Other Features
The most common Rich Text elements, namely Tables, Citations, Record Links and external hyperlinks, are listed for easy selection.
Custom Tag
Advanced users can define additional tags to locate. These can be simple tags such as <b> for bold, or complex examples defining precise font size and embellishment. Click on the <Define> button to define the tag to search for. Tag formats are described in the plugin help.
<All Rich Text> Button
Click on this button to locate all Record fields containing any Rich Text element.
<OK> Button
Records and Fields matching the selected elements are tabulated in the Records Window.
<Help> Button
Opens this help page.
<Close> Button
Closes plugin and saves the selected options for the next session.
