In FH V7, the Publish > Websites & Family Tree CD/DVDs… wizard only partially supports the Tools > Preferences > International > Default Output Language setting. The Step 3 Primary/Secondary Page Type reports are translated to the foreign language, but the menu bar and various headings remain in English.
Use the Apply the chosen Output Language … button to translate the menu bar and headings according to the Language Pack Translations.
